Krossface Summer Camp is the ideal place for kids ages 5-13 to discover Brazilian Jiu Jitsu in a welcoming, supportive, and fun environment!
Whether your kid is completely new to martial arts or wants to take their skills to the next level, this camp is a great way to stay engaged, build confidence, and make new friends!

Camp Details
Attire:
Comfortable athletic clothing
T-shirt, athletic pants, leggings/shorts (*gi is not needed).
Tennis shoes (for outdoor activities)
Equipment:
This is a high-energy camp – Please pack a full and healthy lunch that does not require a microwave.
Sunscreen (for outdoor activities)
Water bottle
🌟 We will provide some healthy snacks and water. If your child has allergies or special needs, please let us know ahead of time.

9:30AM to 3PM
☀️ 9:30am - 10:00am: Check-in/Ice breakers
🤸 10:00am - 10:15am: Dynamic Warm-up
💪 10:15am - 10:45am: BJJ Technique (3 different escapes from mount position)
🎳 10:45am - 11:15am: Positional sparring + games
🍿 11:15am - 11:30am: Snack break
🤼 11:30am - 12:00pm: Wrestling
🥪 12:00pm - 12:45pm: Lunch + free time
🌱 12:45pm - 1:15pm: Fun activity
🏹 1:15pm - 1:45pm: BJJ Technique (high mount, S mount, back mount + keylock, cross choke, armbar, bow & arrow)
🙌 1:45pm - 2:00pm: Positional sparring (escape mount or submit)
🍿 2:00pm - 2:15pm: Snack break
🤝 2:15pm - 2:25pm: BJJ games
🎒 2:25pm - 2:30pm: Pack up & check-out
